Kristen Wistuba is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in 2011. Her professional experience includes working in a variety of settings such as hospice, nonprofit agencies, and residential settings fulfilling both clinical and administrative roles.
Kristen’s area of expertise is providing evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and adults through an integrative approach who have experienced or are currently experiencing issues related to mood, grief and loss, adoption, and trauma. Her practice draws techniques from psychodynamic therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy, applied behavioral analysis, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Kristen is a member of the National Association of Social Work and is certified to provide clinical supervision to graduate students in pursuit of their clinical licensure. She is also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has obtained a certificate in developmental disabilities from Rutgers University and is also certified in Radiant Child Yoga.
