Lauren Gerardi, PhD, PMH-C

Dr. Gerardi received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Long Island University in 2010. She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, mental health clinics, non-profit agencies, and private practice. Dr. Gerardi has worked in several notable settings, including Bronx Children’s Psychiatric Center, the NYU School of Medicine-Woodhull Hospital, Metropolitan Center for Mental Health, the Epilepsy Foundation, and the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services.

Currently, Dr. Gerardi is a Special Adjunct Clinical Professor at Long Island University, where she serves as a clinical supervisor to graduate students in the doctoral program in clinical psychology. She is also an executive board member of the New Jersey Psychological Association, serving as an Affiliate Member-At-Large.

Dr. Gerardi is licensed by the states of New Jersey and New York as a practicing psychologist. She has also been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT # 10651) by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards. This allows Dr. Gerardi to work with individuals in over 28 states in the country via telehealth (video sessions).
